[GitOps] Generate deployables for every Kubernetes resource that exists in a Channel of type Git

Currently, if a Channel of type "git" is created, MCM will ONLY generate 1 deployable for each Kubernetes resource type that exists in the repository.

For example, if I have 2 deployment yamls in the repository, only 1 deployable object is created.

To support using MCM for application deployment in a gitops workflow, this will need to be supported. A user could set up a single repository to contains yamls for all resources deployed to one or more environment.

Support for "kustomize" will also be beneficial for this use case.
