Add the IBM IC922 as a supported Edge Node (Server) for the Edge Application Manager

IBM IC922 is the IBM AI inference server running at the Edge but the IBM Edge Application Manager cannot be leverage to deploy AI Models on the IC922 as it does not support it.

    We are working with POWER team to support IEAM, this might be 1H 2021 plan

    IEAM should work on the bigger brother of this device too, the AC922. I think IEAM needs to support Power architectuure in general.
