New filter - Savings/Investments less or more than xxx

It would be helpful insert a new filter in Turbonomic actions UI to find savings or investments in a specific range or less/more than a specific value.

Filters are available in the Actions center for Savings and Investments that are for more/less than xxx.

For example, click on Actions and then choose Cloud environment. Next select Scale > Virtual Machines.

There is a search bar at the top of the data table which has Add Filters on the far side.

Click Add Filters and choose Investments or Savings. The two available filter options are for "Greater than or equals" and "Less than or equals"

Both of these two filter options can be used at the same time to narrow down to a particular range, such as greater than $80/month but less than $200/month.
